How it works

Matchmaking events - How do they work?

A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 10 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.

1) Registrationn
Register via the "Register" button, at the top right.

2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Boost your visibility on the Talkb2b platform by creating a clear and brief business profile.
Share who you are, including a profile teaser, professional background, and technical domains of interest. Show what you offer and the type of partners you're looking to collaborate with. A strong profile leads to more meeting opportunities.

3) Publish an organization profile
Create an organization profile featuring a short teaser and a clear description, specifying the relevant industry and application sectors.

4) Browse profile of attendees
Go to the Participants list tab (the second bottom on the left navigation panel) to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. You can also use the search to find a specific participant or organization.

5) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participants’ profiles and send meeting requests (Send meeting request bottom) to those you want to meet during the event. Here you can send a short message and select the suggested time slots.

6) Matchmaking Meetings
Access your meetings under the Scheduling tab (the third bottom on the left navigation panel). There you will find your full event agenda and a list of all your confirmed meetings. Make sure your camera and microphone are working properly and don't be late!

Make great connections!
